19 Luglio 2020 – Modena 15 – BCM 18
Seconda giornata di campionato che i ragazzi del BCM U15 hanno giocato domenica 19 luglio contro il Modena. Trasferta sempre impegnativa che preoccupava i nostri ragazzi, mai vittoriosi in quel di Modena.
Alla fine del quinto i Lupi hanno avuto ragione dei pari età modenesi per 18 a 15. Raggiunti a fine terzo hanno saputo tenere la concentrazione e portare a casa il risultato.
Simone Lo Conte lanciatore partente ha dovuto lasciare a fine del primo inning spazio a Luca Boscherini per infortunio. Buona prestazione del secondo che evidenzia però ancora poca esperienza sul monte. Sostituto a sua volta da Gabriele Giorgi, sicuramente il giocatore più in forma in questo momento.
Nel finale hanno trovato spazio anche Samuele Bottoni e Luca Vignoli (gran bella sorpresa dell’Under 12).
Episodio da incorniciare out in seconda di un pronto e furbo Jacopo Loche che ha sorpreso il pubblico presente.
Tutto sommato un partita piacevole in cui coach Herrera ha potuto sperimentare e provare la preparazione dei ragazzi in questo avvio di campionato, che siamo sicuri ci darà tante altre soddisfazioni.
